Lives in Soller, Majorca is a sculptor, exhibiting and well known all over the world. Her life is full of travels, basing in different countries and studying different cultures. This colorful and rich in events international location-changing influenced on her artworks. Mesopotamia, Byzantium, Egypt, Ancient Arabia, these have forever become part of her reality and her inspiration.
The artist says that her objects are simple as her work, because she sees a lot of beauty in simplicity and always looks for it. Elena tries to fill her artworks with peace, which she’s seeking in life and can achieve only in creativity while she’s working in her studio. “My still lives are static paintings, my apprenticeship, my attempt to see and create my own world - a world of silence, peace, kindness and balance,” tells the artist.
